You Can’t Buy Love But You Can Rescue It
Photography Contest Submission
ELIGIBILITY: Anyone with a camera who has given a home to a homeless pet!
ENTRY PERIOD: February 1st – February 28th. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
WHAT TO ENTER: Blue Ridge Humane Society is committed to reducing the overpopulation of companion animals and to improve their quality of life through adoption, collaboration, and community education. For our “You Can’t Buy Love But You Can Rescue It” Photo Contest, we’d like for you to submit a photo of your rescue pet. Show us what a homeless pet’s second chance at a happily-ever-after looks like!
HOW TO ENTER: All images must be submitted through the form provided below. We kindly ask for a $15 donation per each photo entry. 100% of each donation will go directly to veterinary services for the animals at our shelter. You may enter as many photos as you would like.
JUDGING: BRHS will notify the winners by March 6th, 2018.
WINNERS: All winning photos will be on display at Jongo Java Coffeehouse starting March 10th. Winners will also be awarded the following prizes.
- First – Third Place will receive: Wag! A Pet Boutique Gift Card, Photo exhibited at Jongo Java Coffeehouse
- 15 Honorable Mention winners will receive: Photo exhibited at Jongo Java Coffeehouse
