Mista, Mista! How could you not just totally melt into a puddle looking at this boy’s face? Mr. Baggins is a little hunk full of so much love! He is SUPER friendly with everyone he meets and gets the cutest little wiggle butts. Mr. Baggins seems pretty indifferent with other dogs and really is just focused on getting loves from humans. He knows “sit” and don’t be fooled by his low rider size…this boy has got some muscle! This guy is a ball of fun and we aren’t sure that he has ever had a bad day. Mr. Baggins was so, dare we say…perfect, when we met him that he got the luxury escort back to the adoption center and got to ride shotgun in one of our employees cars. Once he settled down for the ride he was perfectly happy with the windows down and someone beside him telling him how handsome he is. We all love this little guy so much and we know once you meet him, you’ll fall in love too! Right now, he is being the best boy in his foster home and has even seemed to be settling in to seeing the cats through a baby gate so with time he could probably live with dog savvy cats.

His foster raves about him as a house guest and says he seems completely house trained. “The gate between his room and the rest of the house is always closed, but no longer covered, except overnight. Mr Baggins and the cats can see each other but they’ve both settled down about it and he doesn’t stand there with his nose at the gate all day like he did at first. He’s still super cuddly, loves to sleep in under a blanket on chilly mornings. Will take any excuse to crawl onto your lap. Very well behaved when left alone in the room overnight. No destructive behavior, no whining. Zero accidents or marking indoors (and since he likes to sleep in, he easily goes 12 hours overnight without peeing.) He does bark at stuff he sees out the window, but not too crazy and not so often as to be a problem. He’s just the perfect guy for somebody!”
