It’s Been 9 Months Since his Rescue & Noah is Still Waiting for a Home

Blue-Ridge-Humane-Animal-Adopt-Pet-59Every pet has a story. Not all of them have a story like mine.

I’m Noah, and I spent most of my life chained in a muddy pen — all alone. After some construction workers saw how sad and lonely and neglected I was, they contacted the media.

After that, everything went so fast! The news cameras came, and all these nice people were so sad for me, and the next thing I knew, I was given to my new friends at Blue Ridge Humane Society in Hendersonville, North Carolina. They took care of my medical problems, and gave me a BED! A warm place to sleep of my own, for my very first time!

Soon it turned out I was a true-blue lapdog and lovebug, and almost ONE THOUSAND PEOPLE sent me letters! But because some places humans live don’t like dogs who look like me, and I need to be an only pet I still don’t have a home — after nine months!

I’m glad to be out of that mudhole, and safe and warm at last, but I want a home of my own SO MUCH! Please email my shelter friends at adopt@blueridgehumane.org or call them at 828-685-7107 to find out about me, and how you can help me.

And share? I never knew much about sharing before, but they tell me it’s AMAZING!

Love, Noah
